Insurance
We are providers of Medicare and Medicaid. We are also providers of most commercial insurance companies. For those insurance companies that consider us out of network, a letter of medical necessity and a request for in network benefits will be dictated to the medical management department in the hopes of obtaining the most coverage for out patients. We are the only facial durable medical equipment providers in the state of Arkansas. For those patients without insurance, we accept Visa or MasterCard, cashiers checks or money orders.
We are now open on Monday through Friday
